Zurich, Switzerland - Time-Bandwidth Products AG (TBP) announced today its acquisition of GigaTera, Inc. in an all-cash transaction. GigaTera will co-locate with TBP at the Technopark Business Centre in Zurich and share TBP's laser production infrastructure.  The existing ERGO product line will be fully supported by GigaTera.  TBP and GigaTera will continue to develop high-repetition rate lasers and multi-wavelength source technology for emerging non-telecom and next-generation telecom applications.
